short, intense cardio sessions stimulated fat burning hormones like
testosterone and human growth hormone, raising your metabolism.
Try 30-45 minute workouts, three times a week, combining
intervals (cardio bursts punctuated by brief rests) and strength training. On
the “off” days, go for a 30 - 60 minute walk.
